So, where does this inflammation even come from?

It’s more than just the food we eat. It’s everything—our stress, our environment, our emotions, and even the way we sleep (or don’t sleep). As modern moms, we’re constantly in overdrive, and guess what? Inflammation loves that.

Here are the top 4 things no one talks about that also causes inflammation

1. Everyday Stress & Overwhelm

As a mom, you’re always on. Whether it's work, taking care of your family, or handling all the little things in between, stress is a permanent fixture. And when stress never lets up, it keeps your body in constant fight-or-flight mode—leaving inflammation plenty of room to settle in.

Ever notice how after a long, stressful day, your body feels extra achy, bloated, or drained? That's not just “mom life”—that’s your body begging for relief. That’s inflammation.

2. Environmental Stressors

Then there’s the world around you—the air, chemicals, even that fast food that’s tempting when you’re on the go. The small, everyday things you don’t think twice about? They build up. And before you know it, you’re trapped in an environment that lets inflammation thrive.
